Chapi, the annual retreat
Every year the whole Sim Diam family, factory and office together, leaves the city for two or three days of bonding: a cricket league with a player auction and full fixtures, other sports and team activities by day, talent shows and games night in the evenings.

The management of SIM DIAM PVT. LTD. as a CERTIFIED MEMBER of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is committed to complying with the Code of Practices of RJC. Sim Diam Pvt. Ltd. has adopted the RJC policies and procedures that documents its commitment to responsible business practices of RJC COP’s. The commitment to RJC includes policies on sourcing and human rights. All RJC policies and corresponding due diligence are available on request.

With a strong belief that education liberates lives, the foundation empowers economically underprivileged girls and helps them reach their goals.
